For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers requesting a product exchange can opt for a different size or style, subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Exchanges follow the same eligibility and inspection process as returns.
