We strive to process every order quickly so your favorite outfits reach you without delay. Therefore, we encourage our customers to review their cart details carefully before confirming an order. However, if you wish to cancel or make changes, we have a simple and fair process in place.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at orders@jaigarments.com
or call +91-8510838666. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email or message. If payment was made online, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you no longer wish to keep the product, you may return it after delivery by following our Return and Refund Policy guidelines. Returns are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items are non-cancellable and non-returnable, such as undergarments, accessories, or products sold under clearance sales or final discounts, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed.
For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original source within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
